Re-instatement
Any modifications made to the fitted out premises
will have to be pre-approved by the Lesser. The
Lessee will be required to submit a fit out plan
indicating the modifications for the Lessor's
architect sign off. The Lessee will be required to
carry out these changes on their own at their cost
and re-instate the same at their cost before
termination.
